License
Mobiele TV Nederland B.V. owns the license to broadcast mobile television, radio and data nationally.
This national T-DAB frequency license to send out multimedia services is in our possession since 2009.
Mobiele TV NL did test successfully in 2007 in The Hague via a special license given by the Ministry of Economical Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation.
At this moment we broadcast 3 TV channels, 1 radio station and several data services in 4 cities; Den Haag, Utrecht, Hilversum and Eindhoven (per December 12th 2011).
Commercial launch phase 1 will include the Randstad, Maastricht and Eindhoven. Full indoor national coverage will be later realized.

Roll out digital TV and Radio
Besides Mobiele TV Nederland also other providers have a license for digital broadcasting. The public broadcaster is already present with its radio stations. Several other broadcasters will start in 2013.
FM switch off
There is no FM switch off date, but FM licenses will be extended for 6 years until the end of 2017. Formal policy is that ultimately 1-2 year before the end of the FM licenses, there will be a full review regarding FM switch off.
